Master Services Agreement – An industry first, our Master Services Agreement allows you to deposit multiple applications from any current or future provider, meaning you won’t have to face any additional set up fees and all of your applications will be filed under one agreement, in turn increasing security and streamlining the escrow process, making it easier to for you.
Additional security – To give you further peace of mind when it comes to the security of your information, we continue to invest in our security procedures, are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accredited and have also recently secured Cyber Essentials accreditation (A key deliverable of the UK’s National Cyber Security Programme, which delivers the basic controls that all organisations should implement to mitigate the risks from internet-based threats.) to further demonstrate our commitment to outstanding levels of security.
Giving you flexibility – Flexibility lies at the heart of a truly exceptional service, so we took your suggestions for greater flexibility with the terms and conditions of your agreements. Your agreements are now completely bespoke and you can change the terms and conditions to meet your individual requirements.
A single point of contact – Nobody likes being passed from pillar to post, with SES you will only work with a single account director who fully understands your individual requirements. We also seek to establish a single point of contact at our customers organisation to streamline communication.
Multiple agreements, one invoice – Even if you have multiple agreements with SES, we will only provide you with a single invoice, making it easier for you to track all the agreements you have in place and manage your costs.
